Our main station is at Crta. Artà – Pto. Alcúdia 65 B, 07458 Can Picafort; there’s an additional pick-up point at Av. México, s/n, 07410 Puerto Alcúdia. Our opening hours are seasonal: from 1 June to 30 September, daily 9am–12pm and 6pm–7:30pm; from 1 March to 31 May and from 1 October to 15 November, daily 9am–12pm and 4:30pm–6pm. Outside these periods, we’re available by request and appointment.
No, there’s no deposit required at Mallorca On Bike.
Yes, both a lock and a helmet are included with every rental bike.
Every rental bike comes with a puncture repair kit (tube, tool, tyre lever). For bigger issues, we’ll repair the bike on the spot, provide a replacement, or come and collect it — whichever gets you back on the road fastest.
You can add optional insurance that covers damage to the bike, with a €100 deductible. Theft isn’t covered — we recommend making good use of the included lock, especially during longer stops.
For orders of €150 or more, we deliver free of charge within a 10 km radius of Can Picafort and Alcúdia. For longer distances or outside peak season, just ask.
Yes, we’re happy to offer discounts for groups of 6 or more. Just let us know the group size in your booking request, and we’ll put together a suitable offer.
Owner Paul Tenambergen has been working as a bicycle mechanic on Mallorca since 2009 and ran his own bike shop for many years — that experience goes directly into how we maintain our rental bikes. We’ve also been an official VIPER Bike Test Centre since 2011.
Our rental bikes are cleaned and checked after every rental, before they go out again. Despite all our care, technical issues can never be ruled out 100% — if one does come up, we’ll replace the bike quickly and without a fuss. That’s also reflected in the feedback from our customers.
Road bikes are built for speed and longer, sportier rides. E-bikes give you motor assistance for greater distances or hillier terrain with less effort. Touring and city bikes prioritise comfort and everyday practicality. Cross and trekking bikes sit in between and suit mixed terrain.
